My vehicle was in the shop for nearly two months for what should have been a straightforward exhaust and bumper repair. That timeline is unreasonable. Once my rental coverage expired, I was forced to pay a significant amount out of pocket. Upon pickup, I immediately noticed new mechanical issues that were not present prior to the repair — including a noticeable stutter on startup and when shifting into reverse. Given that the exhaust system was replaced, this raises serious concerns about a sensor, connection, or related component associated with that repair. Additionally, the clear coat is now peeling on the driver-side rims only, which was not occurring before the vehicle was in your care. Considering the extended repair time, the financial impact I absorbed, and the new issues discovered at delivery, I expect these concerns to be addressed promptly with a thorough inspection and resolution.

The work they did was outstanding on my Kia Forte. They just need to be better at Time and letting the customer know what is happening. Other than that i would definitely go back. They are friendly and easy to work with.

Had a scratch and dent on my vehicle. I had to wait to get in, but it was not an issue because I was able tocdrive my vehicle. They handled all the details with the insurance company and worked with the rental company to arrange pick up. Very pleased with their service and my vehicle looks good as new.

This was a hassle free very proffessional team was originally schedule mid September for repairs stopped in spoke with Brian Kormanski, told him my situation and he got right to work on scheduling. He said he would try and get me in faster and as it stood he did just that and with his professional team on hand they managed to get my vehicle back to me 3 weeks ahead of schedule. That transpired with many other vehicles being addressed ahead of me . The craftsmanship was excellent his team provides the pride that also is a component of great work . Nice people I highly recommend them . They simply do as they promised America needs this kind of service and dedication on this kind of level these days . Its nice to know there are still skilled professionals out there to go to . This is one of them you won't be disappointed. Thanks for the quick and excellent service.
